Use this form to give identity verification details for a current director of an overseas company.

All overseas company directors must have:
- completed identity verification
- their Companies House personal code
You’ll need to file a form OS VS01 to confirm all company directors have verified their identity, unless you’ve already provided this information. Complete one form for each company and include details for all directors. If the company has more than 2 directors, use the continuation pages.
You must do this by the anniversary of the date the UK establishment was opened. For example, if it was opened on 3 May 1995 you must file by 3 May 2026.
