Use this form to give identity verification details for a current director of an overseas company.

Details
All overseas company directors must have:
- completed identity verification
- their Companies House personal code
You’ll need to file a form OS VS01 for each director, unless you have already provided this information. This confirms they have verified their identity.
You must do this by the anniversary of the date the UK establishment was registered. For example, if it was registered on 3 May 1995 you must file by 3 May 2026.
