Details

The Defence Infrastructure Organisation (DIO) Operations Accommodation is responsible for providing Service Family Accommodation (SFA) in England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland.

These key performance indicators (KPIs) were developed after consultation with UK service family accommodation key stakeholders, including representatives from service families. The KPIs provide information on various aspects of the strategic and operational performance of DIO Operations Accommodation and the maintenance housing prime contractor, MODern Housing Solutions (MHS).

They are issued monthly. In addition, a ‘Statement of charge KPIs (2012/13)’ has also been provided.
