Digital Fast Track: caseworker guidance
This guidance tells HM Passport Office staff who can apply for a passport using the Digital Fast Track service and how to apply.

The Digital Fast Track service (DFT) allows a customer to apply for a passport online through our Digital Customer Services (DCS) online application system, where they will receive their new passport within 7 calendar days, by secure delivery.
This guidance tells HM Passport Office staff who can use the service and also explains:
- how customers can apply
- what services are available to the customer
- what information customers need to provide
