Details

The data is provided by the Department for Education (DfE), including its executive agencies and non-departmental public bodies, for public contracts awarded under the Procurement Act 2023 where:

• a tender notice or transparency notice was published on or after 1 January 2026
• the public contract is worth more than £5 million per annum (including VAT)

Payment spot check summary reports ensure 30-day payment terms are being implemented throughout the supply chain in public sub-contracts.

We are committed to publishing these reports online within 3 months of the spot check.
