  1. Section 2 has been amended as a result of a new form we have created to enable customers to lodge estate boundary/estate plans and draft transfers and leases through GOV.UK and through the new Specialist Support Service area in the HM Land Registry portal.

  2. Section 5.17 has been updated to confirm that panel 13 for form AP1 must still be completed to name an attorney even if HM Land Registry holds a copy of the identity evidence for that attorney.
