     Section 5.17 has been amended to streamline the process for developer customers so they do not need to provide a copy of the power of attorney and account for the identity of the attorney on every application.

  2. 9 May 2023

     Section 2 has been amended as a result of a new form we have created to enable customers to lodge estate boundary/estate plans and draft transfers and leases through GOV.UK and through the new Specialist Support Service area in the HM Land Registry portal.

  3. 27 March 2018

     Section 5.17 has been updated to confirm that panel 13 for form AP1 must still be completed to name an attorney even if HM Land Registry holds a copy of the identity evidence for that attorney.
