This privacy notice explains how the Ministry of Housing, Communities and Local Government (MHCLG) collects and uses personal data as part of the Developer Contributions Data Improvement Project.

The project gathers professional views and experiences on section 106 planning obligations and the Community Infrastructure Levy (CIL) to improve the evidence base and inform planning policy development.

It sets out what data may be collected through surveys and interviews, how it will be used and stored, and the rights available to participants.
