Designated UK ports

Information on the designation of UK ports for direct landings by foreign vessels and UK vessels according to licence conditions.

Details

Designated ports for; landing of certain multi-annual plan or recovery stock, and catches of all deep sea species, over a 100kg must also be used if required by UK licence conditions. Landings of cod or hake over 2 tonnes must be made into designated ports. Further information on the ports and landing arrangements can be found in your vessel licence conditions.
