Details

This report provides an overview of all the regulations for which DH has responsibility that are thought to affect business. The audit identifies regulations that could be scrapped or improved to reduce the regulatory burden placed on business and other organisations. The audit also aims to reduce the number and scope of DH regulations.

The department will use the government’s Red Tape Challenge process to agree appropriate regulations to scrap or improve.
