This is our third annual delivery plan. We have made good progress but there is plenty more to be done. Our focus in 2014-2015 is on behaviour and action at the front line, and we will work with our stakeholders to ensure that change is felt by business and regulators.
The plan sets out our priorities for the year ahead, and describes how we will use our resources to deliver them across the UK. It is accompanied by a list of our achievements in 2013-2014.
