Schedule of legislation

Schedule of legislation enforceable by Inshore Fisheries and Conservation Officers (IFCO), cross-warranted by the Marine Management Organisation, as limited Marine Enforcement Officers (MEO), under section 235(1)(a) of the Marine and Coastal Access Act 2009.

Appointed officers have full MEO powers, but are restricted to enforcing the legislation specified within this schedule and can only exercise MEO enforcement powers within the jurisdiction specified in the Counterparts to their warrant.
