This document details the ICT strategy of the Ministry of Defence (MOD) and sets out the important role the department has to play in working towards Government as a Platform with Defence as a Platform, working towards the ‘Hierarchy of outcomes’. This is part of “Defence vision to be master of its own destiny”.
