The documents in this section provide sponsors with hints and tips on sponsor related activities and instructions on how to activate and use their NSVS portal account. Please note that the ‘guidance for sponsors’ document is pending an update and the VSI facility is now available on the Internet portal.
UKSV are in the process of updating all our guidance to include our new contact details. Please note that from December 12 2022, the Enquiry Centre service has closed and been replaced by a new UKSV Helpdesk. Please use the contact email address uksv-helpdesk@cabinetoffice.gov.uk from this date onward, in place of both the former UKSV-ContactUs@mod.gov.uk address and UKSV-TechSupport-Grp@mod.gov.uk addresses, which will no longer be in operation after December 12 2022. All current contact details for UKSV can be found on our Contact Us page.
