The Traffic Commissioner for the East of England curtailed the operator’s licence by one vehicle for one week, commencing at 11:45pm on 9 August 2020. He made an order under section 26(6) preventing the use of vehicle MX10 ACV on any other regulated operation during that period. He considered that fitness remained tarnished but noted that the level of intervention represented the level of progress made to date.
