Decision

1. Pursuant to adverse findings under Section 26(1)(c)(iii), (ca), (e) and (f) of the Goods Vehicle (Licensing of Operators) Act 1995, Thulisiwe Ncube (trading as Stets Logistics) no longer satisfies the mandatory requirements of Section 13A(2) – good repute and professional competence. Accordingly, Licence OK2021991 is revoked with effect from 23:45 on 25 August 2021.

2. No direction is given under Section 28 of the 1995 Act.

It follows that the variation application to increase the Licence authorisation is refused.
