Pursuant to adverse findings under sections 26(1)(c)(iii), 26(1)(e), 26(1)(f), s26(1)(h) and 27(1)(a) and (b) of the Act, operator licence OG2015674 is revoked with effect from 23:45 hours on 5 February 2022.
Decisions made in respect of transport manager Deian Morgans
Transport Manager, Deian Morgans no longer satisfies the requirements of section 13A(3) of the Act to be of good repute in accordance with Schedule 3 to the Act.
Pursuant to paragraph 16 of Schedule 3 to the Act, Deian Morgans is disqualified with effect from 23:45 hours on 5 February 2022 and for the period of 3 years, until 5 February 2025, from acting as a Transport Manager on an operator’s licence.
