The Traffic Commissioner for the East of England decided that their variation application could not proceed at that time and needed to be renewed.
He considered that representations indicated that their 10 vehicle authorisation could be reduced to no less than 8 vehicles but that would create some difficulty. Having assessed this case as falling within the starting point of Moderate, as set out in Statutory Document No. 10, the traffic commissioner made that direction but for a period of four weeks only.
