STEPHEN OWEN Trading as A2Z SKIP HIRE OC1014473

I direct that in accordance with Section 45(5) of the Goods Vehicle (Licensing of Operators) Act 1995A the termination of the restricted goods vehicle operator’s licence of Stephen Owen trading as A2Z Skip Hire OC1014473, by virtue of the failure to pay the continuation fee by 31 January 2023, shall be disregarded and the licence kept active until the date that the revocation takes effect.

On findings pursuant to Sections 26(1)(c)(iii), 26(1)(f) and 26(1)(h) of the Goods Vehicles (Licensing of Operators) Act 1995, the restricted goods vehicle operator’s licence of Stephen Owen trading as A2Z Skip Hire OC1014473 is revoked with immediate effect.

Stephen Owen (also known as Stephen Charles Owen) is disqualified from holding or obtaining any type of operator’s licence in any traffic area, and from being director of any company holding or obtaining such a licence with effect with effect from 7 February 2023 for 12 months until 7 February 2024, pursuant to pursuant to Section 28 (1), (4) and (5) of the Act.

On findings pursuant to Sections 28(1)(b) of the Goods Vehicles (Licensing of Operators) Act 1995, the application for a restricted goods vehicle operator’s licence by A2Z Skip Hire Limited is refused.
