Pursuant to adverse findings under sections 26(1)(c)(iii), 26(1)(f), 27(1)(a) and 27(1)(b) of the Act, operator licence OG0084523 is revoked with effect from 23:45 hours on 27 July 2021.

Transport Manager, Robyn Albert Gordon Llewellyn no longer satisfies the requirements of section 13A(3) of the Act to be of good repute in accordance with Schedule 3 to the Act.

Robyn Albert Gordon Llewellyn is disqualified from engaging in the role of Transport Manager in any Member State with effect from 23:45 hours on 27 July 2021 until such time as he sits the Transport Manager Certificate of Professional Competence examination and submits proof of successful attainment of such certificate to the OTC in Caernarfon.
