Decision
Pursuant to adverse findings under Section 26(1)(a), (b), (c)(iii), (f) and (h) of the Goods Vehicle (Licensing of Operators) Act 1995 and Section 27(1)(a) of the 1995 Act, the Operator no longer meets the mandatory requirements of Section 13A(2) – good repute and professional competence. Accordingly, the licence is revoked with effect from 23:45 on 28th June 2021.
No direction is made under Section 28 of the 1995 Act.
