Details
The Traffic Commissioner granted a time limited interim under section 24(6) allowing 7 months of operation during which time the operator would need to obtain a full compliance audit (in the usual terms to be set out by the OTC) 6 months from the commencement. On that basis the Traffic Commissioner will decide whether he can proceed with substantive grant. He may require a further finance review.
That grant is subject to a condition that Michael Terrence Barrett will have no involvement with the management or operation of this transport undertaking.
