  1. The restricted goods vehicle operator licence OD1128358 held by Pure Veg Ltd is hereby revoked with effect from 0001 hours on 1 May 2022, pursuant to Sections 13D and 26(1)(h) of the Goods Vehicles (Licensing of Operators) Act 1995 (“the 1995 Act”).

  2. Pure Veg Ltd and its directors Amandeep Singh Kahlar and Harpreet Kaur are hereby disqualified under Section 28 of the 1995 Act from holding or obtaining an operator’s licence, and (in the directors’ case) from being the director of any company holding or obtaining such a licence. The disqualification is indefinite.
