Pursuant to an adverse finding under section 26(1)(ca) of the Goods Vehicles (Licensing of Operators) Act 1995 operator licence OM1101420 Pat Boyle Transport Ltd is curtailed to 12 vehicles with effect from 23.59 on 8 February 2021. The operator’s repute is found to be tarnished, but not lost.
Gerard Breen is unfit for the purposes of Section 115(1)(b) of the Road Traffic Act 1988 to hold vocational driving entitlement. His vocational driving entitlement is suspended for a period of six weeks with effect from 23:45hrs on 19 February 2021.
