Pursuant to adverse findings under sections 17(1)(a), 17(1)(b), 17(3)(a), 17(3)(aa) and 17(3)(c) of the Act, operator licence PG0007419 is revoked with effect from 23:45 hours on 16 July 2021.

Nigel Wynn Brown is disqualified from holding or obtaining an operator’s licence in Great Britain for a period of FIVE YEARS in terms of section 28 of the Transport Act 1985.

Transport Manager, Nigel Wynn Brown no longer satisfies the requirements of section 14ZA(3) of the Act to be of good repute in accordance with Schedule 3 to the Act.

Nigel Wynn Brown is disqualified from engaging in the role of Transport Manager in any Member State with effect from 23:45 hours on 16 July 2021 for a period of FIVE YEARS and until such time as he resits the Transport Manager Certificate of Professional Competence examination and submits proof of successful attainment of such certificate (awarded after 16 July 2021) to the OTC in Caernarfon.
