  1. Mr Duncan John Blackburn McKee does not meet the requirement for good repute or financial standing as required by section 13A(2) of the Goods Vehicles (Licensing of Operators) Act 1995. Accordingly, his application for a standard international goods vehicle licence is refused.

  2. Mr John Young does not meet the requirement to be of good repute in terms of Section 13A(3) of the Goods Vehicles (Licensing of Operators) Act 1995 for the purposes of this application.
