Decision

1. Restricted PSV operator licence PD1098205 held by Abdullahi Hassan Sheikh Abdi t/a Fiqi Travel is revoked with immediate effect, pursuant to Section 17(3)(a) and (aa) of the Public Passenger Vehicles Act 1981 (“the 1981 Act”).

2. The application for a standard international goods vehicle operator’s licence made by Mo and Ab Ltd is refused, pursuant to Section 13A(2)(b) of the Goods Vehicles (Licensing of Operators) Act 1995 (“the 1995 Act”).
