Decision
On findings made in accordance with Section 26 (1) (b), (e), (f) and (h) and Section 27 (1) (a), in relation to the partnership’s good repute, financial standing, and professional competence:
• I revoke this operator’s licence; it will terminate at 23.45 hours on Friday 16 April 2021.
• I exercise my powers to disqualify both of the partners - Philip Andrew Chappell & Joshua Ryan Chappell in respect of their holding of an operator’s licence, in any capacity, in any traffic area, indefinitely.
In respect of the Transport Manager (TM), Tracy Chappell:
• I find her repute to have been lost. I order her to be disqualified from acting as a TM indefinitely.
