DECISION:
The licence is revoked pursuant to Section 27 of the 1995 Act (good repute and professional competence) with effect from 5 July 2023. I also make findings pursuant to Section 26(1)(b),(e), (f) and (h) of the 1995 Act.
HG Roofing Supplies Ltd and director Mr Scott Houston are disqualified from holding or obtaining an operator’s licence in any traffic area with effect from the date of revocation pursuant to Section 28 of the 1995 Act.
Mr Mark Haley, receives a formal warning as Transport Manager.
