  1. The restricted goods vehicle operator licence OD2034274 held by Intact Group (UK) Ltd is hereby revoked with effect from 0001 hours on 7 May 2022, pursuant to Sections 13D and 26(1)(a), (f) and (h) of the Goods Vehicles (Licensing of Operators) Act 1995 (“the 1995 Act”).

  2. Intact Group (UK) Ltd and its director Gurpreet Singh are hereby disqualified under Section 28 of the 1995 Act from holding or obtaining an operator’s licence, and (in Mr Singh’s case) from being the director of any company holding or obtaining such a licence. The disqualification is for a period of five years, from 7 May 2022 until 7 May 2027.
