On findings made in accordance Section 26 (1) (c) (iii), (f) and (h) and Section 27 (1) (a) (in respect of good repute and professional competence) of the Goods Vehicles (Licensing of Operators) Act 1995, I am revoking this operator’s licence with immediate effect.
The application made to surrender this operator’s licence is refused.
The good repute of Andrew Akers as Transport Manager is lost. I declare he is unfit and direct that he is disqualified from acting in the role indefinitely.
