Repute of the operator retained but severely tarnished
Licence curtailed to four vehicles for 28 days with effect from the 28 February 2022
Repute of transport manager Kelly Knight lost with effect from 28 February 2022 and disqualification for a period to eighteen months ordered from that date. Direction given as to expectations to be met before any reappointment.
Period of grace of two months from 28 February 2022 allowed for appointment of new transport manager.
Request made to DVSA for full assessment of operator to be undertaken in August 2022 if practicable.
