The Traffic Commissioner decided:
- Pursuant to adverse findings under Sections 26(1)(f), failure to manage drivers hours, and 26(1)(h), the operator is no longer fit, licence OH1025164 is revoked. To allow time for an application for a standard licence to be made, and noting the challenging times presented by Covid to the licensing team in Leeds, revocation will take effect from 1 March 2021.
