The Traffic Commissioner made orders to:
- revoke the operator licence held by Dealtop (PLYMOUTH) Ltd T/A Target Travel with effect from 16 February 2020
- disqualify the company and the constituent directors from playing any part in the control of any entity holding an operator’s licence for a period of between 1 and 3 years, inviting submissions on that matter prior to making a decision on 17 January 2020
The decision was made on 20 December 2019.
In a supplementary decision, the Traffic Commissioner made orders to:

disqualify Robert Risk from holding or obtaining an operator’s licence or being involved in the management, administration or control of the transport operations of any entity that holds or obtains such a licence in Great Britain with effect from 17 February 2020 and for a period of 2 years

disqualify Dealtop (Plymouth) Ltd from holding or obtaining an operator’s licence, including through shareholding of another entity that holds or obtains such a licence in Great Britain with effect from 17 February 2020
