Our Privacy Policies and Notices explain how we will use your personal data within each of our services and outline your rights under the General Data Protection Regulation.
It is important that you read the relevant Privacy Policies and Notices before you submit an application to the DBS. If you are using a Responsible Organisation or Registered Body, they must record that you have read any Privacy Policies and Notices that are relevant to your application.
