  1. DBS Countersignatory Privacy Policy and DBS Accountable Officer Privacy Policy have been removed and replaced by new attachments, DBS Responsible Organisation Registration Privacy Notice and DBS Registered Body Registration Privacy Notice

It is important that you read the relevant Privacy Policies and Notices before you submit an application to the DBS. If you are using a Responsible Organisation or Registered Body, they must record that you have read any Privacy Policies and Notices that are relevant to your application.
