General note stating that the MCA recognises DSNM Compass V1.0 as satisfying the carriage requirement for Notices to Mariners under Regulation 19.2.1.4 of chapter V of the international convention for safety of life at sea (SOLAS) and the merchant shipping (safety of navigation) regulations 2002.
