Details
The Traffic Commissioner made orders to:
- revoke the operator licence held by David John Price with immediate effect
- disqualify David John Price for a period of 3 years from holding or obtaining any type of operator’s licence in any traffic area and from being the director of any company holding or obtaining such a licence
- disqualify Claire Dey for an indefinite period from acting as transport manager on any operator’s licence. She must attend a 2 day transport manager CPC refresher course run by a recognised training body before she can be nominated as a transport manager again
