Please note this farm was previously permitted under EPR/CP3435ZU. Due to a clerical error the permit was not transferred when the operator changed from Daisy Bank Farm Eggs LLP to Ollerton Park Farm Ltd (same registered address and management) on 15/01/19. This application is to enable existing operations to continue and no changes to these operations are proposed. The impact of the operations was assessed as acceptable before the original permit was issued and operations are in compliance with the conditions of this permit.
