1. Christmas and New Year opening hours

Seasons greetings from the team at CCS.

Our customer service desk team will be available from 10am - 4pm on Monday 24 December, Thursday 27 December, Friday 28 December and Monday 31 December.

The office will be closed on Christmas Day, Boxing Day and New Year’s Day.

We will be back to our normal business hours on Wednesday 2 January 2019.

4. New frameworks

Heat Networks and Electricity generation Assets - HELGA (RM3824) is now live. Users of the HELGA agreement have access to a wide range of market-leading suppliers that provide a range of services from simple energy auditing to complex installation projects. Delivering the agreement through a DPS provides a compliant procurement route that is competitive for suppliers, driving value for money, and also streamlined, reducing your administrative burden, saving you time.

Wider Public Sector Legal Services (RM3788) is now live. It has been designed specifically for public and third sector organisations, providing access to regional firms, full service firms, property & construction and rail specialists in all 3 jurisdictions: England & Wales, Scotland and Northern Ireland. Lot 1 of this new panel (regional service provision) can be used by central government organisations, if their requirement is below £20,000 in value, however, for all other requirements central government customers should use General Legal Advice Services (RM3786), Rail Legal Services (RM3756) and Finance & Complex Legal Services (RM3787).

5. Framework extensions

Apprenticeship Training (RM3823) has been extended for 12 months until 11 September 2019 to ensure continuity of service during the development of a replacement solution.
