Coronavirus (COVID-19) 16 to 19 tuition fund in-year spend report.

The in-year spend report is now live. The deadline to complete this form is 11:59pm on 23 January 2023.

The opt in/out digital form was live from 3 October 2022. The deadline for submission has now passed.

  1. We’ve updated section 7 about controls and accountability requirements to include detail of mid-year and end-of-year financial reporting requirements in the academic year 2022 to 2023. We’ve also updated section 7 to include an in-year funding update resulting in a potential 12.5% increase of allocations available to a restricted number of institutions.

  2. The coronavirus (COVID-19) 16 to 19 tution fund in-year spend form, is live. We have published guidance to support this.

  3. We have publised the in-year spend report guidance and a sample file. The in-year spend report will be published and go live at 8.00am on 4 January 2023. The deadline to complete this form is 11:59pm on 23 January 2023.

  4. We have updated the coronavirus (COVID19) 16 to 19 tuition fund 2022 to 2023 opt in/out digital form guidance and the form will be live from 3 October 2022. The deadline for your submission is 11:59pm on 21 October 2022. 

  5. We have updated our Coronavirus (COVID-19) 16 to 19 tuition guidance with more information about the midyear and end of year reporting process. We have provided further information about midyear reports and confirmed that we will issue a digital form and guidance to collect this information in January 2023. We have provided further information about end-of-year reports and confirmed that we will issue a digital form and guidance to collect this information in October 2023.
