Use this form if there is not enough space on another HM Land Registry application or disposition form (used for transfers, assents or mortgages). Unless you are completing a paper version of the other HM Land Registry form, you must not use form CS for execution of a deed by the disponor (such as a seller or borrower) unless you have run out of space on the main form.
