Details
Consumer Futures (formerly Consumer Focus) represented consumers across regulated markets. It was abolished on 1 April 2014, with all its functions transferred to other bodies.
This annual report sets out the activities of Consumer Futures from April 2013 to March 2014. The financial statements provide detailed accounting and expenditure information for the year ending 31 March 2014.
