Consumer Futures has closed

Consumer Futures (formerly Consumer Focus), an executive non-departmental public body of BIS, represented consumers across regulated markets. It was abolished on 1 April 2014, with all its functions transferred to other bodies (Citizens Advice, Citizens Advice Scotland and General Consumer Council for Northern Ireland).
