Confirmation statement for a limited liability partnership (LL CS01)
Use this form if your confirmation date is 4 March 2024 or earlier, to confirm that your limited liability partnership (LLP) details are up to date.

You can only file this form if your LLP’s confirmation date (made up date) is between 30 June 2016 and 4 March 2024.
If your LLP’s confirmation date is 5 March 2024 or later, you’ll need to use the new version of form CS01.
The confirmation statement confirms that the LLP details are up to date on the public Companies House register. It costs £40 to file a paper form.
Restoring an LLP
If you’re restoring an LLP to the register, you must put the statement date that was due before it was struck off. If you’re not sure of the correct date, contact Companies House before completing your confirmation statement.
