  • Her Majesty’s Passport Office received 82 complaints in connection with faulty chips and quality of product during the period 1 August 2011 until 30 September 2013.

  • Complaints will normally fall into 1 of 2 categories listed on PACS depending on the content of their complaint letter:

    • passport - faulty chip (36)
    • quality of product - faulty (46)
