Details

NDA awards contracts to take ownership of the Site Licence Companies (SLCs) to improve on-site performance. The winning bidder, often a consortium of private sector organisations, is called a Parent Body Organisation (PBO). A PBO owns the shares in a SLC for the period of the contract. The PBO acts as a parent company, providing additional resource and management expertise.
