Companies House fees are increasing from 1 May 2024.

We’ll publish any changes to our fees or any new fees in this guidance.

These registration fees do not apply to documents delivered under the Companies Act 1985 or the Companies (Northern Ireland) Order 1986. Any document delivered under these acts will be free of charge.

You can use Find and update company information to search the Companies House register free of charge. The following items have a fee.

17. XML gateway search fees

The XML (eXtensible Markup Language) gateway is a subscription service which allows third-party software to request and receive company information as data and image downloads.

18. Bulk product fees

Our bulk products offer third-parties company information as data and images for use in their own products, with initial database ‘snapshots’ and daily or weekly updates.
