The Traffic Commissioner made orders to:

  • reduce the fleet capable of use at any one time from 6 vehicles to 4 vehicles with effect from 23:45 on 8 March 2019 until 23:45 on 5 April 2019
  • issue a formal warning in respect of the licence
  • disqualify Patrick Lindley Dawson from acting as transport manager on any operator’s licence for an indefinite period
