     We added a guidance note about our personal information charter, which explains how we process customer data. We also added a guidance note to explain that only professional customers will have a key number.

  2. 11 January 2016

     We have added a guidance note to panel 5 as a result of a change in our procedures. From 11 January 2016 we will change how we send warning of cancellation letters and what they contain.

Use this form to register a successor where the court has wound up the existing commonhold association and issued a succession order.

Commonhold is a way of owning land or a building which is split into a number of units. The unit-holder owns the freehold interest in the unit and is a member of the Commonhold Association which owns and manages the common parts of the development.
