Details

The Cabinet Office Commercial Interchange Programme forms part of a suite of measures to improve commercial capability within the Cabinet Office. This two-way staff interchange scheme between the Cabinet Office and commercial organisations has a number of benefits which include:

  • contributing to improving commercial skills and expertise in government
  • giving businesses a better understanding of government and how it works.

Organisations interested in being part of this programme should submit an expression in writing to flexibleresourcing@cabinet-office.gsi.gov.uk stating in no more than one page why they wish to participate in the programme and why their staff have skills and experience the Cabinet Office would be interested in.

Organisations should also set out how they believe they would benefit from hosting Cabinet Office staff and what they would be able to offer them.
